Taylor ScottOctober 10, 2015I left my dorm looking for a great place to study and found it at the Blind Dog Cafe. Their sandwiches are amazing. The atmosphere is great. It's louder than a library, but I like loud study spaces.
Their sandwiches are very good and come with a generous side salad. Also liked the mushroom salad and the iced coffee was really good too.
Smells of delicious bacon, coffee is great, sandwiches/salads/soda all great, cookies amazing, lots of comfy seating, turns into a fun bar at night.
No excuses, you HAVE to get a cookie. They've also got more than just quick bites—the salads and sandwiches are phenomenal (and a lot of food).

Amazing. I'm partial to the Turkey Sandwich. I hear their coffee is out of this world good. Best sandwich I've had in DC. Period.
They get me. Go for the cold brew + chocolate chip cookies. Addtl seating in the back "bar".
Blind Dog gets cool points for having an autographed photo of Angela Lansbury on display in the bathroom. However, it has sadly disappeared recently. A Murder, She Wrote-esque investigation's in order
