Packed most of the time but still able to find a machine or a class. Works well with my back up when stuck in work late or when I'm off early! Step class give you rock ass abs!

If you want to sign up for swim classes, make sure you're a member, and ask the desk when signups get posted. They literally fill up in hours.

looking for a trainer? I recommend giving Jason a try. knowledgable and attentive. An athlete himself he knows the right way to get fit.
