Beers and root beers are tasty, dependable choices. Apps are perfectly sized and surprisingly good. Servers are always apologizing for long waits and missed items.
I was expecting a deep dish pizza like the Chicago kind but the pizza base was rather thick (so lots of bread) and not as much toppings as I had imagined. Totally nothing like the Chicago one!
Decent food, didn't wow me though. Service is a hit and miss. Now DON'T get the party pizookie! It's like a paper thin burnt brownie. Get the small trio instead and save yourself the agony.
They've got some room to grow yet. The food is iffy. 50/50 whether you like it or it's bad. Service is spotty and the staff isn't yet up to speed when it gets busy.
Go here if you like cavernous interiors, mediocre food, and seriously unfriendly staff. There are too many other places to spend your money nearby (Feed Co, Tipsy Cow, Redmond Bar and Grill, etc.)
Witnessed a BJs service employee use expletives toward mall employee. This made me and my guests uncomfortable. We won't be going back any-time soon to this location or restaurant chain any time soon.
