I really liked the salad with cranberries, walnuts and goat cheese. The prices are pretty okay if you consider the location and that it is in San Francisco...
If you're just a couple, consider eating at the bar to avoid waiting for a table. And also consider ordering from the bar food menu which is a substantially cheaper than the main menu.
A great place for groups and a place locals don't have to be embarrassed to be seen in on Fisherman's Wharf. Also: Not good if you're trying to take bread out of your diet.
Their clam chowder in sourdough bowl is excellent (best I've eaten so far - and I've eaten quite a few !), salmon was great. Too bad they don't have the 'select 3' desert special anymore.
Every time I come here its even better than I remember. This place is classy, from the hostess to the server it's where you want to be on the wharf. Come often and enjoy!
One would think that a restaurant located above a sourdough assembly line/factory would serve warm sourdough bread with dinner. They do not. It is ice cold.
Bread was great, Pizza and tacos were good, Drinks strong but tasted cheap... Service by Jennifer was steller...oh yeah you'll be waiting. And it's pricy.
Bistro Boudin proudly represents classic San Francisco traditions through their outstanding cuisine, service excellence, regional wine favorites, and legendary sourdough bread!
