EdreaFebruary 27, 2012Great way to challenge your limits and cleanse your soul. Remember to drink lots of water throughout the day and do yourself a favor... don't eat right before class. and DON'T GIVE UP! :)
The best Bikram studio in DC. On weekends they usually serve fruit after class :)
Always an amazing workout. Staff is generally friendly; some better than others.
