- David HamiltonSeptember 3, 2016I had the goat cheese and tomato omelette, which was a special of the day, with their house potatoes and a Blackberry muffin. All excellent and the service was superlative.
- Melinda CarolineAugust 20, 2018Honestly, you can’t go wrong. The menu is small, but each item is so well done. Great attention to detail. Even the side of greens on the Benedict is curiously delicious.
- JayMay 13, 2019Was looking forward to the omelettes but got the Duck Confit Egg’s Benedict instead. Duck was perfect, however, the eggs can be a bit more runny... Still very delectable. Recommended!
- Heather SmithAugust 14, 2017Fresh squeezed juice in the mimosas was a highlight! Had both the special omelette and the veggie hash, we couldn't decide which one we preferred! You can tell they respect the ingredients they use 💛
- Connie ChiuJanuary 1, 2018Great brunch options. The cauliflower hash is really good but wish there was more cauli. The oyster omelet was meh. Get the biscuit and the German apple pancakes, so fluffy.
- GhaidaAugust 14, 2016The service was slow, but to be fair the place was PACKED! Order the tomato, basil and feta omelet soooo satisfying 😋 and the mocha👌🏼☕️
- Jeena JamesJune 10, 2016Delicious breakfast menu! Get the extra buttermilk biscuit, tastes great with the marionberry jam they give you.
- Eddie MotlJuly 31, 2016Soft scramble is the way to go. Restaurant is run really well - staff, service, etc are superior. The omelettes are 👏🏼👍🏼
- One of my local favorites, but they have decreased portion size especially at lunch and the prices seem to be rising. Was it really that much more expensive including a small salad with a sandwich?
- Enrique Gutiérrez ArzateFebruary 2, 2016Excellent choice for brunch! Atmosphere is so relaxing and comforting
- AD NysNovember 16, 2013Winter brunch moves: fried chicken + cornmeal cakes, warm brussel sprout + kale salad, pork hominy stew. Grab a Stumptown next door while you wait.
- Pei 👻 WenMarch 27, 2016Their omelet was a bit watery, and the service was on the less friendly side in Portland standard. But still a decent alternative to Mother's Bistro if you don't want to wait in long line.
- Paul LewandowskiJanuary 15, 2016The Fried Chicken breakfast was incredible. My wife ordered the mushroom omelette which was so-so.
- Excellent service, consistently good local food, always seasonal, always fresh. No fake anything. No 'background' music. Large windows, open feeling.
- K ZiggyJune 20, 2011A great breakfast place to check out. On par with the really popular Mother's Bar an Bistro. The potatoes are really good and good service. Check it out.
- Live jazz music every Friday evening! The Bijou is well-known as a breakfast spot, but they serve amazing entrees at these evening events.
- Rhi MJuly 24, 2014Be sure to put your name on list, don't wait to be called, or you will be waiting forever. Great food! Service isn't great, it is actually really horrible, but really if you to expect it, food is yum
- Zak AccuardiAugust 18, 2016Unparalleled brunch consistency + longevity. Off-menu grilled cinnamon bread is 👌
- Andre WyattFebruary 20, 2015A great little cafe with some of the best homemade ketchup I've ever had.
- Ryan GantzSeptember 19, 2013Great food, great coffee, great Bloody Mary. Roast Beef hash was basically a steak dinner.
- Stacey YarrishJuly 3, 2010Add your own name to the list when you arrive. Waiting for the hostess to do it for you may result in getting bumped back in line. Locals know to add themselves and the hostess follows the list order.
- ℳansour αℓтαууαrJanuary 5, 2015Stick with eggs and enjoy. French toast, pancakes and oatmeal are below standards.
- Jamie StelterJune 4, 2013Oyster hash is fantastic, but the cauliflower/black kale hash is even better.
- well worth the wait! great Peruvian coffee. the roasted veggie omelet is fantastic!
- Eve is one of my favorite people in Portland. Ask her about her paintings.
- Untitled841December 10, 2010If you don't hash browns give the home style potatoes a try, they will change your mind!
- Carina MurrayJanuary 3, 2011Their tofu scramble is the absolute best, been enjoying it here for over a decade!
