Awesome little brewery!! 8 rotating draft. Good amount space, with drinking on barrels next to the Fermentation tanks. 2 awesome owners. Suggestion box for fav draft to bring back. Free snacks.
I really enjoy that you can get their small pours and sample all of their various beers without having to overconsume. It's a quiet area of town, out of the way and feels quite local.
Nice lil spot. Bob gave us a great 101 on how and what they brew. They support local farmers as well. The queens and jalapeno flavor were our faves. Try the flight.
Most of their beers are rather sour, or maybe it's because it's still summer. Anyways they have a good number of choices to satisfy your craft beer kicks. Also it's probably the smallest nanobrewery.
This unique small-batch brewery offers up bottles for sale when they're open Fridays and Saturdays, but with a rotating array of innovative ingredients, you'll never get the same thing twice!
If you don't like sours before you come here, you will leave with a changed opinion. They do them really well. Queensbridge IPA is also a favorite of mine.
Just switched over their brew model from extreme small batch limited releases to a selection of more consistent yet equally innovative beers. Worth checking out for sure.
