- Elizabeth BursteinDecember 21, 2017Amazing!! Loved the mixed grill (LAMB was so good, perfectly tender chicken), garlic naan, and the chicken tika masala perfect sauce. Also the saffron ice cream perfect ending! the veggie biryani ok
- Village VoiceAugust 15, 2014Lamb chops offer crisp, fatty-edged meat and a good gnaw on the bone, and the gilauti kebab is composed of small, pale pucks of meat that go all silken in your mouth, like a marvelous, spiced pâté. Read more
- Prad NelluruJuly 23, 2017Savory, flavorful, and actually spicy kebabs. Get some garlic naan to soak up the sauce and grab the kebabs. A bit oily but tasty. The khulfi is the right thing for a hot day, but feels icy.
- Kapil BhutadaJune 9, 2018Bhunney aloo has nice Chaat type flavor ..gilauti kebab melts in your mouth 😀..paneer tikka masala has a unique twist and loved flavors f bhatti signature masala fish...overall a review worthy food
- Giovanni D'PalmaJanuary 1, 2015gilauti kebab was mind blowing. It was smooth and rich. The spice level is perfect. It's a must try! The food is spicy but so so delicious. The gobbi was great but the black dhaal was truly delicious.
- Village VoiceAugust 15, 2014To start, don't miss the pickled, grilled paneer. The squares of cheese, bright white with puffy, golden edges, and a tart, pickled bite that balances the paneer's mild, milky flavor. Read more
- Wladimir Coutinho MesquitaOctober 27, 2017The service isn’t really good but the food at lunch time is! Worth it! I’d come back.
- ᴡ AlvarezAugust 10, 2018My first time in this truly excellent Indian restaurant, and certainly not my last. Very good service, delicious Indian food, and whoever handles the wines knows their stuff!
- HenaliJuly 11, 2014Delicious curries and paneer parathas! Rotis & garlic naan were chewy, but def try the saag paneer, koorma, and mushroom veggie curry :)
- If you can dig north Indian bones and meat.. This is a treat.. Flavourful Tikka, Buttery Chicken and the real Gosh (Mutton)..everything off the bone.. Really don't bother about the herbivorous stuff!
- Russell HirschornDecember 7, 2015Overall very nice dishes. Tikka had a nice creamy kick, malai kofta haf pretty mild flavor but still good. Garlic naan is killer. Pretty small and hot inside.
- Filip WolskiSeptember 14, 2012Very good food, nice variety of tastes especially in apps few things I didn't know about Indian before, for drinks it is a BYOB place and wine store around the corner has -10% for Bhatti customers :)
- Sasha ChinnayaJanuary 13, 2019Love this place! The environment is comfortable and the food hits the spot. Recommend chicken tikka masala and lemon rice and of course garlic naan.
- Kebabs and great food!! Quality ingredients, delicious recipes, consistent service is what makes Bhatti a NY institution.
- Morgan PolotanMarch 21, 2015It's family style, and you can order refills for the same set price. The sag paneer, or creamed spinach with cheese, was one of the best I've ever had.
- Coming here for the pre fixe lunch is like visiting your Indian grandma. They keep bringing out food till you can't eat anymore. Amazing.
- Cameron WApril 25, 2016The mixed grill platter is a delicious sampling of various kebab offerings. The is one of my new favorite Indian restaurants in the city.
- Renaud #March 29, 2020We recently ordered take-out from Bhatti, and we really enjoyed our food. Prices are reasonable, portions are large, just the right amount of spiciness ♨️
- Alexandre MunhozJuly 21, 2018The eggplants.. ohhh the eggplants.. and the chicken tikka masala! this is just a great Indian restaurant. The ambiance is also nice for a dinner.
- miles lennonOctober 6, 2015The best Indian food I have had in NYC. I highly recommend the Lamb Vindaloo, Chicken kebabs and the stuffed mushroom appetizer.
- Michelle ConnochieFebruary 5, 2018Had a coconut curry which was so tasty. Quick service and friendly staff
- chicken xacuti and gobhi massalum are definte stand outs, but you can't really miss. service is very friendly as well. easily my favorite in curry hill.
- Village VoiceFebruary 24, 2014Village Voice is proud to welcome Bhatti Indian Grill to the 2014 Choice Eats food fest! http://bit.ly/1cRzdNV. Their kebabs are a foodie favorite.
- Khaled AOctober 22, 2018Great food. The eggplant entree was great and the coconut chicken was absolutely amazing. Biryani was good too.
- MP CollazoJanuary 10, 2018Delicious and very authentic Indian food. Loved the chicken tikka masala and the rogan josh lamb dish. Great service!
- Ebru KebapcıMay 1, 2015If you like indian food you shoul try. Clean, trendy and good food and good prices
- AmateurConciergeApril 13, 2016This spot is packed but the food is on par with a standard Indian joint as far as I can tell. Saag paneer was downright bad. Chicken biryani was good. Default is pretty spicy
- Christian DickmannFebruary 5, 2017Get the mixed grill appetizer. Food overall was not exciting in any way, while not bad at all. We had Kadai chicken, and Rogan Josh.
- Carmen NJanuary 22, 2016Everybody is right, the lunch special is a really good deal. Variety is awesome, flavors are great.
- Jin MoonSeptember 17, 2016My group of Indian friends said that this place have the closest taste to India. Chicken kebab tasted the best for me.
- IngridOctober 14, 2013It's not on the regular menu but ask for Navratan Korma and they'll prepare it. The best one I have ever eaten! Love Bhatti!
- Omer ZachFebruary 15, 2016The house special kebabs are incredibly tasty and different from any kebab I've had before.
- Joanna FlammSeptember 13, 2017A cut above the other places in the neighborhood. Everything we ate had a good heat to it.
- Morgan PolotanMarch 21, 2015Authentic North Indian family style. Tight space, the saag paneer is one of the best I've had.
- John WuNovember 9, 2019Obnoxious drunk owner came in shouting to close the restaurant and for customers to 'get the f**k' out on his birthday, turning music up to the max. Staff powerless to help. Utterly appalling.
- shibaniJanuary 10, 2014The tamaatarwala jhinga (shrimp) and chicken xacuti are fantastic. This place is great for the byob too!
- Adam JiwanAugust 14, 2018This place has amazing food and a great atmosphere. If you like Indian food, this is the spot for you!
- SatishDecember 19, 2016Overall quite disappointing. Good appetizers and service. Both entree meats (Lamb in Nawabi and Tilapia in Moiley) were too overdone. Gulab Jamuns were great, the kesar pista kulfi not so much.
- ZenFoodsterJune 19, 2013Both Gobhi Mussalum & Paneer Tikka Masala weren't that spicy, heavy, & extremely oily. Murg Malai Kebab-grilled chicken chunks-was the only dish I would reorder again.
- Victor 🌊🏄🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️September 19, 2018pre fixe lunch is dopeeee and hella cheap. $12.95 can't be beat for the amount of value you get.
- DinaApril 24, 2014One of the best, inexpensive Indian restastaurnts in NY. Great vegetarian options. BYOB.
- Serious EatsMarch 15, 2013The kebab lunch special at Bhatti Indian Grill is tasty--and a great deal.
- Yuri KraymarOctober 19, 2015Awesome place for Indian lunch! Way better than the regular Indian lunch buffets.
