Athonia CappelliJanuary 1, 2017vegans: tofu texture here is excellent so you won't miss the mock chicken, faux beef & duck. Try vegan spicy Thai Basil tofu noodles, Spicy sesame noodles soup & maybe Chow Fun🌶‼️ to round it out.

Here is my answer, Betty's Special Tomato Noodle Soup is the most unique one on the menu, but I personally like the Spicy Ginger Beef the best.
Tasty vegetarian and vegan noodles. Also get the green onion crispy pancakes (best I've had other than my mom's!). Cheap, fast, delicious!
