Fact: 300 years ago this was a pier with a boat slip. It's around the block from The Bridge, the oldest bar in NYC. Easy hotel to get in and out of. Free breakfast & cookies sweeten the deal.
mariskalehFebruary 18, 2015very clean, very warm (it's 15 degrees out), relatively quiet, and spacious for a NY hotel room. only complaint is the slow wifi-- had some difficulties while working from here.

RyanAugust 19, 2013WiFi is nowhere near "high-speed." They have way too many people connected way too few routers. Expect slow response times and speeds well below 50kb/s.
