Big parking lot, many cardio machines to use. Place is a bit small compared to other gyms but it's affordable price cannot be beat. Wish they had a track and more free-weight (less machines).

Really crowded between 6 and 9 on weeknights, but open 24/7 during the week. Come after 9 and have your pick of equipment.

Not busy at all around 6:30am....not many frills but has the essentials. Great value. Friendly staff! :-)

Great for cardio unless your looking for a stairmaster. Love all the clean, new equipment. Great change of pace from Chelmsford location.

Gym etiqutte and common courtesy don't really exist here. Good for the hours they're open but that's pretty much it.
