Food is okay, just okay. Like others have said before me, waitresses are slow. Crowd is comprised mostly of tourists. Historical value as the oldest tavern in the US.
Established 1795 by town crier. Continuously operated ex. Prohibition. Appears to be heavily and tackily renovated as another lame sports bar some time in the past couple decades.
Really awesome spot, unfortunately terrible service. Also, bartender doesn't know what she has behind the bar or what a half and half (black and tan) is.
