They have a great Lillly Pulitzer section. If you're going to Phipps for the Lilly store, come to Belk before you buy. Most times, it is cheaper at Belk!

Great juniors section! Especially for sizes XS or 0 and those are hard to find. Great fun clothes

AVOID PHIPPS PLAZA BELK.The staff are abysmal. You can never find a cashier, and if you ask someone for help, most of the time you get misinformation. They don't know how their own store works.

At Belk Customer Service, I was kept waiting almost an hour (there wasn't even a line) to be told that they couldn't ring up an item off a Belk wedding registry. The worker didn't even apologize.
