- Jake CantrellNovember 12, 2014The orval trappist ale paired with the 5oz petite filet and brussell sprouts is killer!!!! Ask for Frenchy he won't steer you wrong.
- The Corcoran GroupSeptember 9, 2014The ultimate place to satisfy your craving for a Belgian brew. Don't pass on the food though - we love the Hoegaarden Mussels, & the fact that menu provides suggested beer pairings to help guide you.
- Pascal Wiscour-ConterApril 21, 2017For those who have actually lived in Belgium, this feels like home. Great beers with the right savoir-faire and great food too.
- The bartenders are very nice and respectful of everyone at the bar. There is tons of dining space and the food is excellent. The bar area is always crowded.
- Robert BrisitaSeptember 7, 2014Leffe Brune to start the meal for those who like a light tasting dark beer. Pairing it with the mini caramelized onion tarts as a starter goes well. Finish it off with the duck for your main.
- It took almost 2 years for this place to open, but it was worth the wait. They have delirium on draft! And, you can't beat the shrimp coquettes paired with mussels. Great spot for happy hour.
- IMMENSE burger. Ask for all the trimmings: bacon, cheese, foie gras... Thai mussels are great too. Bar snacks: piggies in a blanket. Live jazz on Tuesday nights an added bonus!
- CarolNovember 3, 2015An actual Belgian tourist recommended this place to me. Good food, great Belgian beer selection, good for groups! Chicken vol au vent with Delirium Tremens
- CharlieNovember 12, 2014Love THE place. We felt like home. Great food and cool/cosy Belgian interior, as we know it :) delicious food. Maybe bit pricy but it was worth it!
- Josh BerkowitzAugust 29, 2014Do you like Belgian beer? Do you like Belgian food? Then you won't be disappointed, as they do a great job with both. Was very pleased with their beer selection and food quality.
- Trae FApril 10, 2016The mussels were delicious. Loved the octopus as well. Lots of great beers to choose from. Empty for a Saturday night which worries me.
- Paul LambertMay 9, 2015Great place with the proper Belgian beers...! Nice music as well! Sadly no Flemish tongue spotted... Yet...
- CBS New YorkMay 2, 2016They're offering St. Feuillen Saison and Gulden Draak beers and the Abbey Cheese Croquettes and Braised Short Rib Croquettes for Ales N' Apps Week (May 9-13)
- PaddyOctober 13, 2015Nice enough place. Little bit of a douchey crowd after work and a bit overpriced, but it's that part of town. If you like Belgian beer check it out. There's a great selection.
- Elizabeth BursteinJune 24, 2017The Carmelito beer is great. But the duck sandwich and pretzel were just too heavy. The pretzel cheese sauce was good :)
- HenaliOctober 27, 2015Big open cozy and convenient location..filled with huge options of beers! Great for beer lovers ;)
- Anna BrownJune 13, 2015Perfect spot for an after work beer with co workers. The selection of beers at Belgian Beer Cafe is unique.
- Marissa CJune 1, 2018Spacious beer hall near Madison Square park. Good selection of beers, lots of seating
- So many great beers on tap. Definitely try the frambroise if they have it.
- Derek FlanzraichAugust 29, 2014The fries are "double fried," which probably means quadruple fried. So get two orders, they're delicious.
- Robert FreebornMarch 15, 2015From the bar food menu....meatballs were ok, frites and mayo were good but the piggies in a blanket were excellent!
- Bettina KFebruary 13, 2017Very central located. You get most common Belgian beers there. Food was good.
- Adam LaiacanoSeptember 5, 2014The beer list looks good but I gave up on trying to order one after 5 minutes of sweating my ass off at the overcrowded bar. Not worth it.
- Brent LawlessMarch 11, 2018Beers overpriced, even for Belgians. Bar staff offered poor service at a bar that was way too big for one person to work.
