Our Labor Day vacation in Cleveland.
1. Hyatt Place Cleveland/Independence
Beka Lindeman: The rooms and the service were great! No hot tub, but a nice pool. Would definitely go back!
2. West Side Market
Beka Lindeman: So much to see. Wish we lived closer and could do our shopping here. Lots of fresh food. Try the brats and the crepes!
3. Penzeys Spices
Beka Lindeman: This place smells amazing. Built a great gift basket and picked up a few interesting spices for our collection as well.
4. Great Lakes Brewing Company
Beka Lindeman: The food is incredible and the tour is worth doing.
5. Horizontal Books
Beka Lindeman: Stopped in here while we waited for the brewery to open. Small selection, but good prices.
6. Mavis Winkle's Irish Pub
Beka Lindeman: Great food and great service. Fish and chips and reuben were both delicious!
7. Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse
Beka Lindeman: Sushi was great!
8. Cleveland Museum of Natural History
Beka Lindeman: Had a lot of fun here. Neat exhibits (loved the dinosaurs!) and the planetarium show was pretty cool and interactive. Glad we went.
9. Bonefish Grill
Beka Lindeman: Love, love, love Bonefish. I've never had a bad experience here. The food is always amazing and the service is good too.
10. Winking Lizard Tavern
Beka Lindeman: The drinks were good, but the food and service were just okay. Drink prices were reasonable, and we got to bring home some of the glasses.
11. Grandpa's CheeseBarn
Beka Lindeman: Kind of an odd place, the cheese was really good. Lots of samples!
12. Sweetie's Jumbo Chocolates
Beka Lindeman: Right next to Grandpa's Cheesebarn. The fudge is pretty amazing.
