$24 pitchers of caipirinha before 7pm is a great deal. Order the pao de queijo (cheesy bread) as soon as you sit since it takes 15 min, and it's a great starter.

One of the most consistent spots in the area. Especially for brunch (holler @ the prix fixe). Try the omelette. You might have to wait a little bit for a table during prime time but it'll be worth it.
Find the refreshing Caipirinha at Beco, where you can order by the pitcher or taste a flight of five different sipping cachaças for a quick lesson in Brazilian spirits. Read more
The pao de queijo is legit and takes 15 mins to cook. The balls are bigger than normal so don't fill up on that. The steak sandwich is pretty damn tasty. Amazing live music.
Everything was amazing. Got a bloody Maria and a delicious omelette with sun dried tomatoes, baby asparagus and spinach. Would eat there every day if I could!
Pao de queijo (Brazilian Cheesy Bread), Steak sandwich, eggplant dip, and outside seating in the summer. Such a great spot to enjoy dinner and the (hopefully) lovely weather.
Came here for brunch and left wanting to visit Brazil. Had the traditional feijoada (homemade taste) and the caipirinha (well made). Live music on weekends. Cosy and down to earth vibe!
Date Night Is... an order of pao de queijo (Brazilian Cheesy Bread) and a Caipirinha at one of Beco's outdoor tables. The wait staff is awesome & will put up with your American pronunciations.
A lot of typical Brazilian food - pao de queijo, feijoada and brigadeiro. And also drinks like caipirinha, passion fruit juice and Guarana!! Loved it :) helps at home sick moments ;)
I have been going for two years; like the chill and friendly vibe. The food has always been v. Good. Have taken a number of friends; three in particular are now fans having returned on their own
Although I live in Harlem this is my neighborhoodbar. Great people, food and drinks. Make sure you have the feijoada. And have Henrique make you a "to die for" caipirinha!
The taste of Brazilian food takes me on vacation and the Czech bartender is a plus!! Great place to be anytime if you want to meet awesome people and very carrying stuff!!
You can hang there during brunch that includes acai and granola, omelettes, bife a cavalo, and a feijoada that’s prepared over the course of two days by a Carioca chef. Read more
I used to go to the owners place, tipico, all the time before it closed. I was very happy to find out that he owns this great cafe. Try the traditional yerba mate. Very good
