Beast + Bottle remains popular with the Denver dining crowds. The restaurant, owned by siblings Paul and Aileen Reilly, focuses on rustic, comforting American craft cuisine. Brunch is a treat.
Sibling team Paul and Aileen Reilly transformed the space into a restaurant that is as fitted for a casual night out as it is for an occasion. A highlight at Beast + Bottle: brunch. [Eater 38 Member]
They butcher their own pig & lamb and vary the offerings daily. Everything was fantastic, including vegetarian option. Cocktails are out of this world. Can't believe how many Amaros they have.
If you can splurge and get the tasting menu, definitely do. The food was amazing and beautifully presented, but the incredible service and knowledgeable staff (esp the somm) put B + B over the top!
This place is remarkable. The staff were attentive, anytime we used a fork a new one appeared. The appetizers were delicious, and the entrees were perfectly balanced, fresh, and filling. Loved it.
Fantastic meal. One of the best I've had in Denver. Tasty mules, great wines and the mussels were some of the best I've ever had. I ordered the quail and it was outstanding. Excellent service.

Creative cocktails, great people watching, impeccable service and great food. The lamb, pork and skate all got great reviews by our party. Every small plate was excellent!
Friday brunch! Great bloody options that can be mixed & matched... Not to mention pork shoulder tostada, classic eggs and the best bacon you'll ever eat and breakfast "pizza."
