Staff is great. Group fitness classes are the best.
The Y now has phone scanners. You can use an app like Keyring or CardSmart to store your Y card. No need to carry around cards :-)
Use the power rack with platform for power rack exercises! Hint: squats and shoulder shrugs are NOT such exercises!
If you want to swim where the cutest lifeguards are...this is the place to go!!
- Check out the boot camp class. Definitely, a test to see the true shape you're in! You get your cardio workout for the week!!!
Been a member since 1998. I don't know what we would do without the Y.
Nice facility, but their wifi in the gym is down literally 50 percent of the time! Very frustrating
