That's 130 to 180 million+ gallons of water into 650 to 900 acres a foot deep.- On June 20, 1983, Vancouver Whitecaps took on the Seattle Sounders in the first ever sporting event at BC Place. A crowd of 60,342 filled the stadium as the Whitecaps went on to defeat Seattle 2-1.

If you haven't already seen it, the new open roof is a must-see!- At Whitecaps games, children two and under will be admitted free as long as the child is sitting on an adult's lap.
