La sopa de lentejas es muy buena. Le quitaría el coriandro pero por gusto personal. Le falta algo de sal para el gusto chileno pero es levemente picante. Super
La roasted bone narrow no me gustó . Exceso de cilantro, la carne cocinada en vino sabía algo dulce, la médula estaba cruda. Buen ají rojo y tostadas. Yo puedo preparar mejor este plato
