Micro classes are intense toning workouts, Bounce classes are done on trampolines, hybrid classes are part toning and part cardio. Range from medium to very difficult - you're sure to break a sweat.
What's AMAZING here is Yin Yue's classes!!!! If you want an amazing workout that will make changes to your body immediately --- then take Yin's class. She's a professionally trained dancer!!
Facilities are very nice but I'm not a big fan of their classes. Exercises are not explained very well & the space can be too cramped for the amount of people they try to squeeze into one class.
