One of the top 10 hotels in the entire Mayan Riviera. Facilities are just amazing, great service, wonderful food, it’s very hard to top what Banyan Tree offers.

Book the in villa BBQ- & be hungry! Free Eco boat tour is well worth it. Rainforest walk at spa is extremely unique and a great deal for what u get. Book stargazing or moonlit table at saffron.

It’s absolutely amazing here of course (as expected). But it’s expensive and we were expecting a commercial gesture (more than just free bottles of water, 2 apples and a banana).You pay for EVERYTHING

Get the rainforest treatment. And be sure you leave time to do the "shoulder jacuzzi" at the end. If you are from Tx, u can skip the infrared sauna. Feels like normal summer day. Gives u more time

Don't leave your villa doors open at night. There are coatis's (like racoons) that will come inside and search for food!!

Echoing the Eco boat tour recommendation. Beautiful and relaxing! The bath oil at the tub is great for the shower too.

Calidad, atmósfera, servicio... este lugar lo tiene todo. Los restaurantes de 1ra y el tomar la lancha a través de los manglares para ir a la playa es una experiencia.

Es un lugar increíble nada que ver con los hoteles todo incluido, no es para venir de fiesta, sino para pasar con tu pareja y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Todas las villas están increíbles con alberca.

La comida de sandals beachclub es buena. Los restaurantes dentro del hotel no son de mi gusto. El servicio y menú al cuarto estupendo. Todo el hotel es un lujo. El spa tiene excelentes terapeutas
