Something very Asian, Vietnamese cuisine. Affordable! I tried their grilled citruschicken (photo) it was good tho I am not a fan of citrus sauce. Their best-seller is the Bo Luc Loc, beef.
Everything that we ordered was truly a gustatory treat. My favorite, however, is the Vietnamese version of chicken curry. Surely, one of the best kept secrets at Barangay Kapitolyo!
the menu says Bo Luc Lac is a must-try, and will agree that it definitely is! the meat is very tender and juicy. and the lime+pepper dip only adds to the subtle flavors.
Although it's listed as an appetizer, their goi cuon can be an amazing main course on its own, especially if you're on weight watch patrol. If not, try following it up with a pho bo kho.
Sad, they delisted lots of items from the menu and turned it into cafe style to give way to their Estancia branch carrying the full menu. This branch do carry the Phos, rice meals & banh mi though.
Really disappointed especially since there are really a lot of great reviews for this place. Their bestseller, Stir Fried Beef with Lime was too HARD we had to spit it out!
Make sure to check if your take out is complete. Ordered the pomelo and shimp and kropek salad to go, when i got home and opened the bag, no kropek. Its so different without it.
People always say it's the shiz, but its underwhelming and overpriced. If i had a hundred thumbs, they'd all be pointing down. But the again, i was never a fan of Vietnamese food.
Will not visit this resto again.. We just ask for extrasoup then this waiter will a loud voice said in the kitchen na" may bayad na yan! Very rude waiter.. Parang napakamahal naman yan extrasoup noh.
