- Gigi RodDecember 26, 2017I love getting bagels here. It’s the only spot I go to in this neighborhood. Yeah this place looks dingy but what do you expect in the city. The lovely staff definitely makes up for it.
- I grew up around the corner from here. Huge selection of bagels and cream cheese - the perfect place to get a quick breakfast in the morning. There's usually a line but it moves quickly.Upvoted 2 weeks ago
- Katarzyna FoulgerJune 3, 2018My favorite bagel is sunflower seeds toasted with tuna salad, lettuce & tomato. The best I’ve ever had👍🏼
- Emily MannApril 13, 2018Bagel talk is on the West side by Jcc Manhattan. I got a bag of chips and a drink for 6 dollars. The muffins are 2$. And a oatmeal raisin cookie is $0.85. There are chairs by the tables.
- Grazie CohenJanuary 23, 2019I love the sunflower bagel with white fish. Absolutely divine!!! The staff is really friendly. Always a big line but is worthy!
- New York HabitatNovember 23, 2011Since H&H's demise, this has been our go-to spot for excellent bagels. We particularly love their bagel sandwiches - bacon, egg, and cheese, yum!
- Rachel SheppardAugust 2, 2019Delicious. Don’t super recommend the sourdough bagel though, stick to the classics.
- Naveeshini NairJanuary 26, 2019Had the sesame bagel with walnut raisin cream cheese and it was so good
- Halstead PropertyOctober 18, 2012A mainstay on the Upper West Side and a true neighborhood spot, go for a bagel w/ smoked salmon, capers, red onions, tomatoes and plain cream cheese.
- recently renovations took away the grimy charm and they no longer are willing to toast your bagel but it is still the best place in the neighborhood to get a morning bagel
- Hope RuthFebruary 26, 2012Beautiful Sunday Morning. Can these guys at Bagel Talk put some smile on their face. Bagels are always good here!
- Adrienne CooperApril 11, 2013I could see how these bagels would make for decent sandwiches but for just cream cheese and tomato they fall short...not enough dough or bite.
- Best bagels in the upper west. Perfectly chewy, great variety.
- martha mDecember 11, 2012Sold bagel spot always strong with their service. LOVE THEIR BAGELS EATING EVERYDAY THEY DON'T NEED TO BE TOASTED
- Felicia MSeptember 3, 2013It's a good neighborhood bagel shop. Often have deals for a dozen bagels, if you're so inclined.
- If I could make love to this egg and cheese on a bagel, I totally would. #sogood
- Devyn MillsApril 19, 2014Not my favorite bagel place on the UWS but their cream cheeses all have a lot of great flavor!
- Really good bagel, and wide array of cream cheeses, but the fact that they don't toast bagels is annoying.
- Micah ChilesJuly 31, 2018Decent spot. BEC on everything was good, but blueberry with clean cheese fell flat
- Go for the nova special. Delicious fish + fresh squeezed orange juice and a coffee = YUM.
- Best bagels now that H&H is closed. Get a toasted bagel with lettuce, tomato, and cream cheese.
- Will HarahanJune 17, 2019A below average bagel shop on the dingy side. Make the trek to Absolute Bagels if you have the time.
- Best bagels in my hood. Nothing exciting in the coffee department but a few wobbly formica tables with stuffing sprung chair give the place a grimy charm.
- Duncan HowsleyJuly 30, 2014Honestly, really disappointed. Wholewheat everything bagels were hard and chewy, lox was thin and a little flavourless and everything needed seasoning. Plenty of better options elsewhere!
- JoleneApril 21, 2012Don't ask for your bagel to be toasted! They refuse to do it. Solid bagel spot on the UWS otherwise.
- April 2012- the cost of my regular egg white wrap went firm $4.25 to $6.25.
- The staff could not be nicer. Best guys ever. Specially julio.
- bagels rival those of H+H. Yes, it looks a little sketchy, but never disappointed!
