I get the Carny Sandwich w/ avocado and a cappuccino at least once a week. Really nice staff and everything is made to order. Cute decor, limited seating, but overall a great grab-and-go / quick meal!

Good wifi, delicious food, and very friendly vibe. It's a relatively small place and there isn't a bathroom, but haven't had any trouble getting a seat. My new neighborhood spot!

They get their matcha directly from a farm in Japan! Its so strong and smooth !! And then there's the wine on tap :)

Everything is delicious. My personal favs: carny sandwich w avocado, strawberry ricotta on baguette, and of course their homemade jalapeño hot sauce. Staff are all cute and nice, esp in da morning!
