- Usha GuptaApril 10, 2013Amazing staff!! After my luggage was lost, the front desk manager gave me an arsenal of toiletries from the gift shop and somehow located a new clean tee shirt for me to sleep in. Great service!Upvoted Sep 7
- Great location and one of he friendliest hospitality staffs I’ve had he pleasure of interacting with. The folks in he Lenox Dining room remember your name, and your usual breakfast order.
- Steven BakerJune 1, 2013This is a nice typical Marriott near Buckhead. Parking is $20 and you can choose to self park or use valet. I choose this every time for business travel. Staff is always very nice and competent.
- Magdalena Aki-MuhammadOctober 8, 2014The concierge is great, and the valet parking is definitely worth it. Takes less than 10 minutes for them to bring my car around when it's busy.
- Dee TynerOctober 23, 2014Barbados Baby!!!!! Remember the Internet is for looking -- Travel Agents are for booking! Call me let's ur getaway to the beautiful island of Barbados.
- Jamie KellySeptember 2, 2012#1. I will never stay here again. It's after midnight and we have to leave here at 4:00 AM to make a trip home, and you can hear every step the people above us make...
- Louise BradshawSeptember 2, 2013Keep a room key after check-out: you'll need it to get out of the self-parking garage. Great service at the front desk.
- Shalanna ClarkSeptember 26, 2012The staff is super courteous, so bring cash and prepare to tip. I can also hear the people above me and their every move.
- Coulten H.September 20, 2011Executive level is well worth it. Also, restaurant in Lobby is a nice gathering place if you have several people staying for a conference, etc.
- Scrum AllianceApril 19, 2012The terrific conference areas are one of the reasons we chose this venue for our Gathering. Super-helpful staff, too!
- Ken GrossJuly 16, 2014Great location great service and quality. Rates are far more reasonable than places within walking distance.
- Noelle Folmnsbee-CarltonFebruary 13, 2011My fav place to stay in Atlanta. Have had training conferences here and the staff is remarkable - I don't want to go anywhere else...
- Ryan BaleJuly 20, 2016The rooms are nice and the amenities are also top class, the staff however is a completely different story. Incompetent and unhelpful for the duration of the stay. Would not recommend.
- Ingrid NagyAugust 9, 2013Confusing layout takes a bit of getting used to and feels unusual since rooms and meeting rooms same floor
- Parking was only $10 a night for self park and $30 for valet not sure where other folks are getting their parking prices from.
- Coulten H.September 20, 2011Nice hotel, nice staff. Typical Marriott. There are nicer hotels for similar prices close by. (i.e. Hyatt Place, W. Hotel, etc.)
- Jamie KellySeptember 2, 2012#2. Plus, there r people RUNNING down the hallway yelling & slamming their doors after we called front desk twice. So disappointed. Rooms aren't worth dealing w this. Plenty of better choices in ATL.
- Brad NolanFebruary 17, 2013bring a suitcase full of money you will need it cost to park internet cost breakfast 17 dollars can coke and bannana 3 dollars
- Parking fees are outrageous--even self park is $18/night. A killer since we have two cars. Comparable to the W where valet was more like 14, absurd.
- Gorgeous new decor. Cool nooks in lobby for writing, working or socializing
- Maryia BoueyFebruary 26, 2011Parking is REALLY crazy considering its $200 a night!!! Only complaint thus far
- susan wurstApril 26, 2011Nice hotel decor but walls are paperthin. I know more about my neighbor than I care to
- Internet Battle Plan VIII This is a wonderful conference venue
- Rooms are loud. Almost seems like people in the hall are in your room.
