It's hard to describe how good this place is. An attempt: the coffee is good, all the food is excellent, service is friendly and it's just a nice place to be. Best breakfast place ever.
The kitchen produces inspired dishes, incomparable to other Copenhagen cafés that have tried and tested menus. The food here is more cosmopolitan with proper eggs benedict and steak tartare on offer. Read more.
This center has really cool exhibitions, but the bookshop is just amazing. I just had to look through everything. Huge selection. Also, the café has a nice view.
Danes are pretty serious about their coffee and this is as serious as it gets. Just watch them brew your filter coffee. It's like the Noma of coffee shops.

Cocktails are top notch here - loved the gold rush & whiskey sour. Also amazing Bourbon selection, including some hard to find ones even in the US. My favorites are the pappy /rip van Winkle.
Probably the best cocktail bar in town, the atmosphere is amazing and staff is really friendly, try the seasonal cocktails and absolutely ask for some recommendation to find the best.

Small but cosy place, surprisingly easy to get a table too. The service and food was top notch, and the drinks pairing was spot on!
Great selection with 'domestic' Mikkeller beers as well as a great selection of 'friends' (Three Floyds, To Øl, ect). A bit heavy on the hoppy beers but most are well brewed and tasty. A bit pricey.
The oysters were out of this world! The 10 pc sample platter is a definite recommendation. We were prepared for some rude waiters. Obviously they've hired some lovely new waitors. Simply wonderful.
