Italian food, Spanish setting. Wouldn't call it a tapas bar but the food is good and the wine includes many Italian varieties. Nice cozy atmosphere too. Definitely try the cheesecake and tuna tartare!
Great for large groups, birthdays and new friends. Try the pastas, lobster risotto and tuna carpaccio. Portions are perfect for sharing, like you actually get food, and the staff is super friendly
Great selection of wines & charcuterie. Arugula salad is simple & fresh. Octopus crostini is a larger serving. Lamb lollipops are cooked perfectly. Do without spicy artichokes.
Super cute yet boisterous restaurant which has been around forever with amazing food and cheap wine. We had the octopus, boar ragu which is best in the winter not summer, the ravioli is excellent!
Great menu of wonderful options ( plate for 10-16 dollars), delicious; i had the best ever pasta with wild mushroom + truffles. It was so good that i am going to be back. 100% recommended
Really good service, try the burrata and the crab &a shrimps crab cakes, really good! I wasn't super impressed by the mains we asked for but they were delicious: trouffle gnocchi & boar papardelle
Should you go here? The answer is a resounding yes. Wines are great, but the Venetian tapas for $11 and the pasta plates for $12 are even better. Linguine Vongole and grilled octopus not to be missed
I was directed here because Cotenna was full, they have the same menu. Come with a friend and share an appetizer, two pastas, and a bottle of wine. I love the tagliatelle bolognese ($14)
We loved the Roasted Red Beets and Herbed Goat Cheese Salad and the Gorgonzola Stuffed Dates Wrapped in Speck. The Tagliatelle Bolognese was perfectly cooked. Everything was phenomenal.
Very cozy and warm atmosphere (can get loud). Get the eggplant goat cheese, lamb chops and the linguini with clams. Overall very delicious Italian food with awesome decor and service to match.
Fantastic little restaurant. Excellent service and authentic Italian dishes. I’m not much of an Italian food fan but the eats here are all good! Does not disappoint.
Great for a group birthday. Bit of a squeeze for larger groups but food is well worth it. The burrata and the octopus appetizer special are must-orders
The perfect meal: their special cheese of the day, grilled artichoke with roasted peppers, crabcakes with capers and mushrooms, grilled eggplants stuffed with goat cheese, and truffle mac n' cheese.
The two of us got four dishes. Everything was phenomenal, waiter happily gave suggestions. Braised boar pasta, octopus salad, lamb chops! Came at 9 on a Saturday night and waited for 25 minutes.
I've eaten here a number of times over the years and loved it. Tonight was such a disappointing experience. All our dishes, especially the lasagna and beet salad were both dripping in oil.
I love this place. The food is great, try the carpaccio and Mac and cheese. Beware - the little carafes are not a deal, you're better off getting a glass or bottle.
Amazing atmosphere. Good for groups AND good for dates. Don't miss the Burrata special (which actually isn't special - they ALWAYS have it on the menu) and the San Daniele prosciutto.
Really fun atmosphere, try to sit at the two-sided bar. Among the best looking crowds of diners I've seen in a long time. Get a bunch of small plates and share. (4 of 4 petals via Fondu) Read more
Small cozy spot. Affordable plates. Very busy on weekends. Baked clams and the tortellini prosciutto were the stands outs. Lobster ravioli was lacking. Mac and cheese was salty.
The 1st time I was here it was great. Last I was back I was disappointed. Our waiter knew little about wine or serving etiquette. It's fine but it should not be in the 9's for ratings. Not impressed.
Don't be confused by the name, you're here for the food. Not requiring reservations, this cozy Venice-style tapas restaurant is a little-know favorite by locals with a stunning interior.
With seating for 35 spots & a focus on wine, the kitchen will be electric-powered as it turns out a menu of Venetian small plates for snacking at the white tile bar or communal wooden table. Read more
Tempranillo is where it's at. Also, don't sit in the communal table in the middle, it's too loud and you won't be able to hear the person across from you.
Helmed by James Beard award-winning chef Roberto Passon, Aria is a rustic Italian wine bar specializing in Italian tapas or "Cicchetti" and is home to some of the finest Italian wines. It is a great spot for dates due to its lively, intimate setting.
