Great little Bordeaux at 30RMB per glass & tapas at 18RMB for 4 portions. Awesome. The cold cuts and cheese platter is also quite nice, but a bit expensive.
I was not terribly impressed by the service. Only one selection of red wine per glass, that tasted watered down. The music was too loud for any conversation.
Expensive exchange rates - they use to be good but now cover up exchange rate board - crown around the corner always seems to be alot better without having to haggle
Open till 20:00 (workdays). Plan your visit beforehand or you will kiss the door.

Great little atmosphere and food. Unfortunately not a believer in the cheddar cheese poutine, but the Shepard pie was stellar and the tiramisu was absolutely scrumptious!
Swimming is 50RMB per visit. It's the second time the girls at the counter try to charge 100rmb. They back down very quickly though when you tell them it's usually 50...
Cheap labor. Quality of work greatly improved compared from previous years.

There's always a queue for the showers. Pick up a pager first, and then go grab food and drinks while you wait. The wifi is also abysmal, alas.
Take advantage of the private showers. Fully stocked with everything you need to freshen up.
