The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is great. Spa with everything you can wish for. Swimming pool with tons of extras *child-friendly, early and late hours are preferable for visiting the spa.

Lucky Bansko Hotel has a very good quality and the employees are everytime polite but very friendly and helpful... Thanks ladies! We are spending a wonderful holiday here :)

Great hotel!Very polite staff,tasty food-fresh juice for breakfast.Rooms are clean and comfortable.SPA area is one of the best in Bansko.Warm indoor pool.Steambath is good.My fav place in Bansko!

Very good hotel: tasty breakfasts, relaxing SPA, cleaning the rooms twice a day, L’occitane cosmetics, good Wi-Fi, regular transfer to the ski zone, polite, helpful and friendly staff…

Kahvaltı, odalar, temizlik, çalışanlar, otopark, internet süper. Sadece lokasyon hareketli yerlere biraz uzak ama servis mevcut. Çocuklarla gidildiğinde kesinlikle banskodaki en iyi otel 👍

Otel temiz ve güzel. 2 kez tercih ettik ikisinde de memnun kaldık. Gondola'ya 15 dak.da bir shuttle var. Spa'sı yenilenmiş cok güzel. Restoranlari oldukca iyi.

Apartotel anlayışını darmadağın eden bu güzel konsepti ve imkanları ile bu otel dört dörtlük. Gondolaya mesafesi hiç dert değil devamlı servis var zaten.
