The day we went the service was slow-ish, the food was pretty tasty but the price was high for what we got. Too expensive.
We went there Nov 2012 for our anniversary. We trumped for the "Princess Set Menu". 3 course meal - deee-licious Highly recommended.
It was a few years ago. I went with a group. The food was ok, nothing startling. Price reasonable. Tended to taste a bit synthetic. It's possible the food has improved since then.
