This list covers venues for parents with babies 0-2 years old. Tips reflect my personal impressions, as well as info regarding availability of high chairs, pram/buggy space and changing tables.
Anna Lockhart: Swimming area is kids only - there are just no deep enough pools. Although adults may enjoy the large sauna area. Baby swimming pools start from only 30cm deep. Changing mats are available.
Anna Lockhart: A kids play space with two rooms filled with toys for any age. Comfortable sitting area and cheap drinks and snacks for parents. Admission is 4EUR

Anna Lockhart: A vegetarian buffet restaurant with a nice kids playground. Plenty of high chairs for babies. Also very good baby changing facilities, as well as a microwave and a bottle warmer.
Anna Lockhart: One of the best Viennese SPA centres with numerous pools and a large sauna area. A large space is dedicated for kids of all ages from a narrow warmer pool for babies to fun waterslides for older kids.
Anna Lockhart: Plenty room for prams and good baby changing facilities. High chairs are available. Beware of school groups before and after theatrical performances: the place can get really noisy!
Anna Lockhart: A lovely spacious indoor kids playground equipped with plenty of toys and - more important - heated floors. Love the bin bags which make it comfortable for both babies and parents. Admission 4 EUR.

Otel.com: Take the kids to this museum that will allow them to learn and explore in the most fun way possible. Don't miss the ZOOM Ocean, ZOOM Science, and participate in workshops at ZOOM Animation Studio.
Anna Lockhart: A large playground full of toys. There are even indoor swings there! A pool with balls with a slide coming into it, play kitchen etc. Nice cakes and tea/coffee for mums. Great fun!
Anna Lockhart: A Russian Montessori centre for kids of diverse age. Single admission 10€, 5 for 35€. Kids are encouraged to stay alone without their parents and explore the toys made of natural materials.
Anna Lockhart: Use side entrance to come in with a kinderwagen. Great choice of freshly made juice mixes. Place is spacious with some comfy sofas at the back. There are few changing tables available.
Anna Lockhart: Very spacious and green. Nice atmosphere. Perfect for long Sunday afternoons. Very family friendly. Great baby changing facilities. To enter with a pram use the back door.

Anna Lockhart: A whole complex Kolariks, Praterfee & Luftburg is a very child-friendly place, with blow up castles, baby carousels, playrooms with toys etc. Good nappy changing facilities and plenty of high chairs.

Anna Lockhart: Incredibly large open air swimming pools complex. As for the little babies, there are 2-3 suitable pools with a nice green meadow nearby.
Anna Lockhart: An outdoor playground just on the edge of the Wienerwald, by the area where deers are contained. A great opportunity for kids to see animals!
Anna Lockhart: English language singing and activity classes for children aged 10-48 months. Mondays 4pm: mixed age (up to approx. 4 years). Tuesdays 4pm: mixed age (up to approx. 4 years).
Anna Lockhart: A perfect hang out on a sunny day: they have a little separate space outside with a sandpit for babies and comfy chaise longs for parents.
