Great class II-III whitewater river. Make sure to purchase your launch permit and shuttle token at the put-in near the falls. Shuttle is a great way to get back to town after your trip on the river.
Kayak the Lower Yough. Hike to Cucumber Falls. Eat at Falls City Pub and go view Fallingwater
Nice boardwalk and viewing area around the falls. Go in August and see kayakers run over the 18 foot waterfall in the Ohiopyle Falls Festival.
It can get crowded at times, so be courteous and don't lounge around if there are ppl waiting for a table. There are hungry rafters that could use some grub & a seat.
