- Jennifer DumanApril 5, 2013I travel a lot and found this hotel fantastic. Polite and helpful staff, a nice bar, small, but nicely appointed rooms at a great price. Plus, it's kinda fun to stay over the Ed Sullivan Theatre.Upvoted Aug 27
- Anita DiazJune 12, 2019The rooms are a bit small, but it seems to be common in NY, but the location!! Is perfect!!
- KaeLyn RichMay 15, 2014Clean and nicely appointed room for the price and location. Small, but that seems typical of NYC hotels. Staff are friendly and helpful. E line is a block away. Great Mexican restaurant next door.
- Roula HannaDecember 13, 2016Beautiful hotel but the room was the smallest, cheapest room ever. Completely my fault for reserving the standard room. Chose à superior and you'll be fine. Location is excellent
- Mar E.June 18, 2013Great Location. Friendly Staff. My 4 y/o daughter got a teddy bear as a welcome gift whe we arrived. Small rooms but well appointed and clean. Great value.
- It's a compact room but very comfortable, the bathroom is big enough, hot water, very clean and the service is great from the begining. Mario at the front door is very helpful.
- Delovely Dar GaryDecember 26, 2011Great hotel, location is primo. The rooms were small but were just renovated with nice amenties especially the rainfall showerhead. Continental breakfast is standard pastries coffee and juice.
- Johanne ReydelJune 12, 2022Yes the location is great. BUT the hotel is outdated, rooms are small and if you need calm to sleep, run! The AC is from the 80’s and make more noise than a truck, and our room was above a noisy bar
- Kayleen CaridoSeptember 4, 2014Great location without the midtown Manhattan price tag. Super friendly & accommodating staff, Rob was great!
- EricaAugust 10, 2014I love this place. Rooms are small, but beautiful. And it's in a great location.
- Watch out for the rooms on the corner overlooking Broadway and 54th. The desk is right in the corner and the WiFi signal doesn't reach it.
- Really friendly staff and the beds are really comfy.
- Tom ChiarellaJuly 30, 2013Wretchedly small, bed are poorly designed for space. Prepare to break a toe. Otherwise: it's all good!
- Chris R (thechristophe)December 20, 2015Good location, friendly staff, expensive wifi though - why not make it free?
- quit whining about the rooms, it's prime real estate and they're compact but trendy. Props Americanization!
- The building site opposite really is a joy! No lie-ins for you!
- Hotel is trying to be chic, but cheap and tacky, newly refurbed rooms looks like every corner cut. Air con didn't work, tv mounted on the wall at an annoying angle with crap picture
- JadeDecember 9, 201028 degrees and their boiler got turned off due to construction!! Freaken freezing.. I have been waiting 45 min for extra blankets.
- Justin RandDecember 10, 2013Nice enough for the price, but wifi isn't free, and worse yet, it barely works.
- Riccardo S.August 10, 2012Stop! Don't come here! Don't do it...look elsewhere. If you've reserved, change it. If you can't afford another hotel in NYC, stay in Jersey and take the PATH over. Terrible hotel all around.
