Check out NYC's newest high end tasting room, Almanac. Some foods to try: Roasted oysters with pear-parsnip veloute, Cauliflower, Acorn Squash, and the Fluke. They also serve great drinks. Read more

Beautifully simple cocktails that will surprise you. Try the Botanicals - it sounds like it might be very herby but in fact it's light, and sorta has the taste of... bacon?
