Loved the location near by the wakiki Beach go directly and ask about KOA and he will help you in finding the best entertainment all over hawaii... mahalo :)
If you're heading into a conference/seminar, get a good cup of coffee 1st @TheCurbTruck . Walk past the *$s by Macy's & go down the stairs. FYI it's not a truck, it's in the former Arby's space.
Can easily walk to the Waikiki area and Wailana Coffee House, the Ala Moana Park & Magic Island are a great place to hang out, staff is nice and accommodating.
Signature Steak restaurant, on the hotel guests' elevator (36th floor) had replaced Aaron's (On Top) restaurant. I remember this place back in the day. (Piano bar ?)
Check in is a mess when there's a conference, also they won't give you more than one key unless every single member of your party checks in with you to each receive a key...
Nice but not recently updated. Convenient to mall but not a good walk. Pay for valet parking. Nightmare to self park. Restaurantsexpensive. Cafe open for breakfast only, reasonable with buffet.
Starbucks is by the lobby area and Rumours nightclub. Ala Moana mall side elevator only has 13 floors. Yuzurestaurant is gone: I had a Lotus RootPizza there once.
Kind of small rooms but you'll be outside all day anyways. Breakfast at the plantation cafe is overpriced so go take a morning walk to the mall which is oh so close. The location is glorious.
A hotel who misinformed its guests, causes a problem , and then just say sorry we can’t do anything and walks away. Daryl the manager, just ruined the hotels image for me.
For executives spending extended stays, the Executive Tower may not have lanais, but there are better views of the ocean, less street noise, and a fridge and microwave. Not bad when here for weeks.
The standard room is pretty small. No room service available. More noise here than what I've experienced at other neighboring hotels. I feel like the hotel "presents" well but doesn't deliver.
