No room service here but they will provide you with menus of delivery places in the area to order to your room. Great views in the junior suite. Nice rooms and friendly staff.
If you hate overcrowded areas and prefer to stay in a more residential area off the beaten path like me, you should take a closer look at The Bentley. It's a nice boutique hotel close to Times Sq.
Rooms are nice and the staff is friendly, however, don't under any circumstances pay for their wifi service. These are the kinds of speeds you can expect from their ($18.95) premium offering. Garbage.
The management has a sneaky policy in effect! They continuously increase the amount (per day)on your credit card they have on file! If the limit gets reached, they lock you out of your room.
Staff was friendly and helpful but this is bare bones accommodations. Towels are thin and in short supply. Furniture badly worn. Showerenclosures don't close - water goes all over the floor! No USBs.
Very disappointed, housekeeping can’t seem to leave the appropriate amount of cleantowels in bathroom. How hard is it to remove used towels and replace them, tired of having to call housekeeping.
Stingy with towels indeed. Sometimes housekeeping took all of our towels and replaced them with none. The $12 breakfast per person is overpriced for what it is. However the hotel is pretty cheap.
