This wine from the stellar 2012 vintage is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Aged for over a year in French Oak barrels, it offers aromas of ripe concentrated fruit and berries. It has a ripe, fruit-forward mouthfeel with hints of chocolate and mocha. The great acidity and velvety tannins make it ideal pairing with the Duck Confit or Chef Linkson’s signature dish “Sterling Silver Tenderloin of Beef”.
