- If you buy anything at Starbucks, they will give you access to their WiFi
- A functional airport & great customer service; however, it's facilities should be updated. Santiago is such a beautiful and lovely city that such an airport shouldn't be this city's "first impression"

- DONT COME!!! These people don’t deserve to have tourism. Must invest heavily on technology and modernizing the whole place. It’s an insult to any traveler and very long lines even on a Wednesday night
- If you have to dispatch your hand luggage at the gate due to excess of weight and size beware that the ground workers may steal goods from your luggage before they put it into the airplane.
- Arrive in the 1st flight in the morning, from the second ahead, huge imigration lines, more than 1.30 hours.

- If your checking front desk is at the new airport you should be aware that is far away.
- Terminal 1 - National flights: not too big, friendly staff and some diverse and nice shops.
- A good idea is to buy a prepaid SIM card for $10 in the stores at third floor. Then charge them to buy a internet package called "bolsa"
- No transit hotels inside the airport. There is a lounge where you can pay USD70 and have a shower and snacks, that is all.
- Large airport. Pass migrations and security and wait inside where there is plenty of options for a meal, coffee or menial shopping.

- The airport is under expansion and the information system is messed up (it gives you different gate numbers in different screens).
- Modern airport, slow security, seems overcrowded. Sometimes quite long distances between gates for such a small airport. Many employees do not speak English.

- They are working hard to make it better but it has been a while at it - elevators that will not take you anywhere or not@atop at some levels (4) are annoying. Has the potential BUT not quite there yet
- Very efficient airport, fast and accessible. Wifi works well.
