The wood-fired modern American cooking and the elevated craft cocktail program at Acorn have made a splash in Denver since the restaurant's opening. The restaurant also started serving lunch.
Very cool industrial decor, exposed brick, graffiti on the walls. Food is amazing - gnocchi was perfect, sweet corn risotto also delicious! Great cocktails too
Friendly staff, a nice patio, and a decent menu. The BLT was not a BLT, it had super thick bacon and pork and no lettuce. The grilled cheese was amazing though. It was easy to get a table.
The fried egg and bacon salad was really delicious and not too rich. A good dish, but don't go out of your way if you're between this and something more original.

I prefer lunch here as it's more focused on delicious sandwiches as opposed to smaller items to share. The burger and tots are out of this world. I love how they give you just enough tots - amazing.
If you're blonde and wearing a bedazzled sweater, at least one of the waiters may falsely make the gross assumption that a scotch drink is not what you're interested in.
