The maintenance guys are great! They'll come fix whatever you need the same day or next day. Just talk to the office manager and she will call them right away!
Don't move to the first floor.. You can feel your upstairs neighbor walking :( the rest is great love it
The computer lab and game room open & close with the front office. However, Wi-Fi is still available in the gym.
Glad to be moving out of here. Two years was long enough. The management has gone WAY downhill and the parking has gotten way worse too. And to the residents that park in the guest spaces: you suck!!
If you park next to the motorcycle with the stars all over it expect a nasty threatening letter from his roommate on your windshield- There is an obnoxious little girl who lives downstairs. Beware of her screaming in the yard at ALL hours.
Don't let the office sign for your pkgs... They'll loose them
The rates have gone up super high. Almost $200. Good thing we locked into a decent price.
Not terrible, but it's rare when I meet people who are less on the same page with their renters. Don't say one thing then do 15 others.- Walk into the office... Prepare to ride the Carmen-coaster and get ready for excuses.
It may be time for them to invest in designated parking...- The Spanish lady at the front desk is a bitch. Beware.
They lost my friend's rent even though they cashed the money order. Ouch
It smells... awfully... untrashy? Plus you can recycle!!! Yay mother earth!!!
