These apartments rock. No place is perfect, and neither is this place. But, they offer several things like game room, computer lab, theater.
People destroy exit signs and spray the fire extinguisher all over the halls? I thought we graduated high school? Have some respect for a nice property!!!!- Best apartments in Lubbock. Great workout area, good game room, and nice people.
- Blame the lazy residents for the lack of guest parking. If they would park in the garage, there would be no problems.

- Stupid Drunks destroy the place on the weekend, that's the reason for broken stuff. Have some respect, especially if your a visitor.
I am just going to post this for future residents: THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO GUEST PARKING. These folks that work here lie to you.
The elevator here is cheap and scary as shit. Take the stairs if you can.- Doors are broken, halls are dusty, macs in the comp lab won't even let you login to blackboard. I have to push a stupid button to exit? Fire Marshall? Where you at?
- Sudden link is the worst provider for cable/Internet. Shotty service. And I have had almost every company. (fios, uverse, dish, directtv)
- Moving out today and I couldn't be happier. Goodbye vandalism, drunks in the parking garage, over priced rooms, shitty bus route, and noise complaints for nothing.
- Scam alert: the place is open. So it's super cold in the hallways. Means you have to use your heater to heat up your apartment even more!! Wasting even more $$$$$. <--- the bill that 2520 doesn't pay
- Nobody knows how to use the trash chute. It's not a room for trash, please act like u got a high school diploma and figure it out.
- The one day I want to get a soda, the vending machine is broken.

Lack of professional management. As well as the price is way to high for what you get in return. Not worth the money!! No value!!!- Now they want us to pay for internet? The Internet is soooooo slow and doesn't work half the time.
- Now we have to bring our own paper to print stuff? I don't have any money left after over paying for this place.
