- Great venue! Shows end before midnight if you're one watching a show on week nights. Great for old peeps like me! Only get the food if you're really really hungry or else you'll regret it.Upvoted 4 days ago
- FrostyNovember 25, 2016A great classic 1930's music venue with awesome acoustics. If a band you like is playing here make the trek, it's worth it.Upvoted 3 weeks ago
- Sean RobisonJune 24, 2015Beautiful old school Art Deco venue. Could probably use a face lift. But still a great place to see a concert.
- Michael MorganMay 11, 2022One of my favorite concert venues I have been to. The interior is stunning and elegant. There also was security so I felt safe. Only downside is even a PBR was $15!
- Dan GerbargNovember 16, 2017Historic venue made a little more historic by playing on its stage. Backstage is labyrinthine with 4 floors of catering, spacious dressing rooms and a meditation chamber. It’s good to be home.
- Maya ConnMarch 26, 2018Convenient parking ($20) next door at the Ralph’s grocery store. Food (light) and drinks (alcoholic) served inside, or plenty of different restaurants in close proximity to eat before and after.
- The Wild Honey PieOctober 17, 2017Did you know the name "Wiltern" is named after the interesection it faces? (WILshire Boulevard and WesTERN Avenue)
- Noah DellaPietroFebruary 6, 2020saw Tycho here as my first show in LA! beautiful venue and the acoustics here are some of the best i’ve ever heard!
- SarahOctober 18, 2016Has to be one of my favorite venues in LA. Eclectic mix of bands that show up. I remember seeing a Japanese metal band here when I was in high school. 👌
- I love this venue. Easily accessible by Metro. The venue is set up with elevated platforms, so there's hardly a bad seat in the house!
- Beautiful historic Los Angeles theater - amazing bands, amazing sound, amazing venue!
- VictoriaJanuary 31, 2016One of my favorite places to see a band. Also take the red line from NoHo and then the purple line to save money on parking!
- Manda CurrellOctober 14, 2015One of my least favorite venues in LA. The tiers make it difficult to see the stage. But that's hardly going to make you avoid seeing a band if they come around
- Kyle HarrisJune 22, 2011Old 1930's vibe inside. Really great acoustics. Awesome mix between seats and standing room. If you can get a VIP pass for behind the sound boards I definately recommend it! Real great from there.
- Where Los Angeles MagazineMay 21, 2012The Wiltern was built in glamorous art deco style. Headliners like Wilco and Jack White stop here. Balcony seating and multiple levels of standing room offer stellar stage views. Read more
- Brad KleinJuly 3, 2023Cool venue that still looks like a midcentury theater! They took out the seats tho so get there early for prime spots
- Zigabid Zig A BidAugust 16, 2011Most people don't think about the Loge section, but it's a great place to sit if you don't want to be on your feet all night. From the first few rows, you get a better view than some of the floor
- Katherine M.August 25, 2014"Clad in blue-green terracotta tile, originally designed for vaudeville, the Wiltern opened in 1931. From B.B. King to Willie Nelson..." -p.g. sturges Read more
- Hard RockJune 21, 2011In 2009, Nine Inch Nails (or, at least, the touring version of the band) played their final show, at The Wiltern. Trent Reznor still records under the moniker, but the live band is no more (for now).
- The people who work here are terrible but it's a beautiful space and the sound is amazing. Just get here early so you can actually see the stage.
- Jenny TaylorJuly 24, 2012The best sound/view is by the bar in the back - the one on the left as you walk in. Obvious bonus: YOU'RE BY THE BAR.
- Anastasia KrutovaAugust 20, 2012Acoustic is very good. I also liked the design! Very good place for listening to your favorite music :)
- Harrison PainterDecember 11, 2012Just saw Bob Weir here, and the venue is beautiful. Enter the parking garage via the back entrance on S. Oxford for easier access.
- Charles EdgeJanuary 14, 2012Everyone who lives in LA should see a show here at least once. It is such an amazing venue! Smoke out back only.
- Kim Sanders-WhittleJanuary 26, 2015Great looking venue. Seats in balcony afford you great stage views.
- Mario FriasNovember 11, 2010If coming from OC. Park at Union Station and take the Metro Purple Line. There is a Metro station across the street from the venue. Make sure to know what time the last train leaves though.
- JewelMintMarch 23, 2011A beautiful smaller venue for music. Ray La Montagne moved me to tears there and it was such an amazing performance in such a gorgeous space. - Kate Bosworth
- JenniferNovember 22, 2014Sound is always solid at this venue but avoid the balcony seats. The stage is quite minuscule at that height.
- Zigabid Zig A BidNovember 8, 2010The best most relaxing view is from Loge Center row AA. The front rows of Loge Center are only sold on a season basis from Live Nation Premium Seating
- Saw Panic! at the Disco tonight! This was my first time being at the Wiltern! Great view from every angle! And Panic! was amazing as always! :) <3
- TheDoLaBAugust 11, 2011Ask for the free coat check. Also get to shows early so you can get one of a limited number of pit access wristbands!
- Jon LeibowitzJune 19, 2013The parking lot behind the theater, adjacent to Ralph's, is not bicycle friendly. In fact they wanted to charge me $20 for the pleasure. A rack would be helpful at least.
- The pit is reserved for wristbands for GA shows. You must arrive early and wait in line and make a beeline for the pit when you get in to receive a limited wristband.
- Martel JacksonFebruary 2, 2019I've seen Marsha Ambrosius twice here and Tori Kelly once. Great venue.
- VH1July 22, 2010To grab food close by, check out Mr Pizza Factory, Gui Rim Korean BBQ or Romero's Mexican Food--all within a couple of blocks! – Team Live Nation
