Gaston M. • August 4, 2018Classy hotel, rooms are very nice. Definitely top tier for Spokane. Great restaurants and night life on the bars.
Leslie L. • January 14, 2013Lovely hotel, Starbucks in lobby, lentil soup and Cougar cheese appetizer- my go to hotel in Spokane for business travel!!
Laura G. • May 20, 2012Rooms have balconies! They are so cute and offer a great view of the town, river and mountains! Beautiful!
Loni F. • November 12, 2016Large atrium reminds you of an old movie. Service is attentive and you get a sample of their famous peanut brittle!
Erika J. • March 28, 2012Every evening there is a reception with appetizers and drinks, two of which come with your stay.
Enrique G. • March 15, 2019Nice rooms, like late 1800’s style, they have nice deals occasionally, and Pub next door is nice and cozy
Kaitlin • November 22, 2012The remodel is modern and fun! This hotel is in the heart of downtown near many great venues! The ventilation in the rooms isn't the best so I'd be sure to leave the bathroom door open when showering.
Charles T. • September 28, 2011Great location. Try the walking/running trail by the hotel it will take you through the city.
Priscilla L. • October 21, 2017Right next to the convention center. You can walk to it! Love the scenic walking paths! I'm here for a bodybuilding show for my clients. Great place to stay for it!
Whitney P. • May 8, 2014Clean, well-maintained, registered historic (late 19th C). Comfy bed, spacious bathroom. Drawback: no in-room coffee; hot beverages available on the sky-lit second floor sitting area. WELL worth $$$
RJ S. • February 5, 2014Family owned franchise and they always make ME feel like part of the family. Massive remodel has modernized the place as well as 42" TVs with HiDef cable.
